The invention provides a multi-input and multi-load modular platform system for hybrid-power engineering machines. The system comprises an operation control and display module, a comprehensive process control module, a power output module, a power transmission and coupling module, an electric energy storage module and a load simulating module. The comprehensive process control module is used for combining system energy source output and system load by combining the operation state of the system according to the power and target work operation commands of loading equipment. Different from civil motor vehicles such as cars and coaches, the hybrid-power engineering machines have the multi-input and multi-load characteristic. By arranging the comprehensive process control module, the advantages of all the modules of the system are brought into full play, different combinations of system energy source output and system load are achieved, different test requirements are met, multi-power and multi-load distribution is optimized, power losses of the system are reduced, and the efficiency of the system is improved.
