The invention provides a dual-turn plate odor-resistant floor drain comprising a cylinder body; a radial rotary shaft is arranged in the cylinder body; two ends of the rotary shaft are respectively connected with the side wall of the cylinder body; the rotary shaft is rotatably provided with two symmetrical turn plates matched in shape with the cross section of the cylinder body; one side of the turn plate makes contact with the inner side wall of the cylinder body; the other side of the turn plate is rotatably connected with the rotary shaft.
