The invention discloses a pressure-resistant anchor bolt and application of the pressure-resistant anchor bolt. The pressure-resistant anchor bolt comprises an anchor bolt base plate, an anchor bolt top plate and an expansion screw, wherein the anchor bolt base plate is provided with a round hole through which the expansion screw passes for installing the anchor bolt base plate onto a wall body; the head end of the expansion screw is inserted into the wall body; the tail end of the expansion screw is clamped on the other side of the round hole; the anchor bolt base plate and the anchor bolt top plate are fixedly connected in a separable way; and a clamping space is formed between the anchor bolt base plate and the anchor bolt top plate. The pressure-resistant anchor bolt is used for installing a heat insulation plate and the like onto the surface of the building wall body; the heat insulation plate and the like can be firmly fixed on the base layer wall body; and the lateral pressure received by the heat insulation plate and the like is reduced to the maximum degree.
