The invention relates to a sterile bottom floor of an operation room. The sterile bottom floor is provided with a foundation board, wherein a fire-retardant layer is arranged on the upper surface of the foundation board; a decorative layer is arranged on the fire-retardant layer; a wear-resistant layer is arranged on the decorative layer; a balance layer is arranged on the lower surface of the foundation board; a sound-insulation layer is arranged on the balance layer. The sterile bottom floor disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, has high wear resistance, high skid resistance and high corrosion resistance, is easy to clean, and is not liable to deform; the sterile environment of the operation room is well guaranteed, and the probability that patients are infected during operations is reduced.
