The invention discloses an underground stereo parking garage and a natural ventilation method thereof. The garage comprises the underground stereo parking garage, a ground parking room and an underground stereo parking garage mechanical ventilation device, wherein the ground parking room is arranged above the underground stereo parking garage; a vehicle inlet and a vehicle outlet are formed in the ground parking room; the underground stereo parking garage mechanical ventilation device comprises externally hung exhaust well channels arranged on the two sides of the integral body of the underground stereo parking garage and the ground parking room, and exhaust fans arranged inside the externally hung exhaust well channels; a garage bottom air flue communicated with the externally hung exhaust well channels on the two sides is arranged at the bottom of the underground stereo parking garage; a ground air outlet is formed in the position, relative to the ground parking room, of each of the externally hung exhaust well channels. According to the underground stereo parking garage and the natural ventilation method thereof, the peculiar smell of the underground stereo parking garage can be effectively and quickly diluted and removed no matter in the vehicle taking-out and placing-in condition and the condition that users wait for taking out and placing in the vehicles, and the environment temperature of equipment such as a transformer inside the underground stereo parking garage is remarkably decreased.
