Method for inspecting and regulating installation inclination angle of inclined formwork
The invention discloses a method for inspecting and regulating the installation inclination angle of an inclined formwork. The method comprises the following steps of (1) calculating the ratio of the height to the width of a formwork to be installed according to the design inclination angle of the formwork to be installed; (2) proportionally reducing the size according to the ratio of the height to the width of the formwork to be installed to manufacture a right-triangular ruler; and (3) butting the bevel edge of the right-triangular ruler onto the inner surface bevel edge of the formwork to be installed; butting a horizontal ruler onto the vertical edge of the triangle; and regulating the horizontal ruler until a vertical bubble of the horizontal ruler is in the center (at the moment, if the bevel edge of the right-triangular ruler is tightly attached to the inner surface bevel edge of the formwork to be installed, the regulation is completed; and otherwise, the regulation needs to be continuously performed until the bevel edge of the right-triangular ruler is tightly attached to the inner surface bevel edge of the formwork to be installed). The method has the advantages that the manufacturing of the used right-triangular ruler is simple and convenient; meanwhile, the installation angle of the formwork can be conveniently and fast regulated to reach the design requirements according to the reference surface provided by the right-triangular ruler; and the installation and regulation work efficiency of the inclined formwork is greatly improved.
