The invention discloses a frame column reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. The frame column reinforcing structure comprises a foundation chassis, a central stand column, crossbars and frames, wherein the foundation chassis is disk-shaped; the central stand column is vertically arranged on the foundation chassis; the crossbars are arranged in groups and are uniformly distributed on the central stand column along the axis direction of the central stand column; each group of crossbars comprises four crossbars, and the four crossbars are vertically fixed on the central stand column in a cross shape by taking the central stand column as a center; a plurality of frames are arranged, and each frame is annularly fixed on the periphery of the corresponding group of crossbars. The frame column reinforcing structure disclosed by the invention has higher supporting strength.
