The invention discloses a natural ventilation structure of a large-space building. The natural ventilation structure of the large-space building comprises a building body which is arranged to be symmetrical according to the center axis, building walls which are divided into at least three equal part wall bodies are arranged on the left side and the right side of a main entrance of the building body, the equal part walls incline inwards or outwards by 15-30 degrees at all equal part points, the walls are made to be inclined irregularly and are prone to forming turbulence, and the air age value is decreased; meanwhile, a first ventilating window is arranged at each equal part point, flow steering is facilitated, natural ventilation is organized, and the uniformity of the positions of the first ventilating window makes the indoor airflow fields distributed evenly.
