The invention provides a cable fixing device applied to electric power industry. The cable fixing device comprises a telegraph pole, wherein a sleeve is connected onto the bottom of the telegraph pole in a sleeving way, and is buried under the ground; the outer side of the sleeve is provided with a fixing block; the bottom of the fixing block is provided with reinforcing points; the fixing blocking and the reinforcing points are buried and arranged under the ground; the surface of the telegraph pole is provided with a water blocking cover; the water blocking cover is positioned on the surface of the ground; a support frame is arranged on the surface of the telegraph pole; one end, far away from the telegraph pole, of the support frame is in contact with the ground; the surface of the telegraph pole is provided with an illumination strip; the front surface of the telegraph pole is provided with a direction indicator; and the back side of the telegraph pole is provided with a transverse rod. The cable fixing device applied to electric power industry has the advantages that for the telegraph pole, the safe use of the electric power without loss in various aspects can be ensured only when a good fixing device is used; and by installing the sleeve, the burying and the installation of the telegraph pole are convenient, and a fixing effect is achieved on the telegraph pole.
