The invention discloses an anti-climbing electric fence with the alarming function. The anti-climbing electric fence with the alarming function comprises two first supporting rods and a baffle. The two first supporting rods are arranged in parallel. The bottom face of each first supporting rod is provided with a base. The upper ends of the two first supporting rods are each provided with a first installing hole. A first cross rod is arranged between the two first supporting rods. The two ends of the first cross rod penetrate the first installing holes respectively and are connected with the two first supporting rods. The baffle is located between the two first supporting rods. The upper end of the baffle is connected with the first cross rod through a plurality of connecting device. The two ends of the baffle are fixed to the two first supporting rods respectively. The tops of the first supporting rods are each provided with a second installing hole. Second supporting rods are vertically installed in the two second installing holes respectively, convex blocks are installed on the bottom faces of the second installing holes, and touch switches are arranged on the top faces of the convex blocks. The anti-climbing electric fence with the alarming function is simple in structure and convenient to use, when people climb the fence, the fence gives a warning to climbers, and danger is reduced.
