The invention discloses a lock cylinder of a slot lock. The lock cylinder comprises a lock body, lock columns, a transmitting plate and a bolt. The lock body is provided with a motor and a digital circuit control device. A deformation rack is arranged on the other side of the transmitting plate. The lock body is internally provided with a deformation gear meshed with the deformation rack, and a clamping groove is formed in the tail end of the deformation rack. The deformation gear is provided with deformation teeth, and the tooth crests of the deformation teeth are connected to the edge of the clamping groove in a clamped manner. The deformation gear is connected with the motor, the bolt is connected with a shifting fork, and the deformation gear is connected with the shifting fork in a meshed manner. According to the lock cylinder, the digital circuit control device and the motor drive the deformation gear to rotate, the deformation gear drives the deformation rack meshed with the deformation gear and the transmitting plate to move, and counter locking is carried out on the lock columns installed on the transmitting plate accordingly; and in addition, the shifting fork and the bolt can be driven to move to open the bolt, the deformation gear and the deformation rack are meshed for deformation transmission, and the deformation rack is jammed and locked in a reverse positioning manner.
