The invention discloses an inwards moving double-sealing energy-saving and thermal-insulation window. The inwards moving double-sealing energy-saving and thermal-insulation window comprises a window frame and a plurality of window body assemblies, wherein the window frame is connected with the window body assemblies to form the thermal-insulation window with a sealing structure; a guide track assembly is arranged in the window frame and comprises a main track which is next to the inner side of the window frame; first secondary tracks are arranged at the left end and the right end of the main track; two second secondary tracks are arranged in the middle of the main track; tail ends of the first secondary tracks and tail ends of the second secondary tracks are close to the outer side of the window frame; one ends of the window body assemblies are movably connected to the first secondary tracks; the other ends of the window body assemblies are movably connected to the second secondary tracks; and the window body assemblies inward move to the main track from the outer side of the window frame along the first secondary tracks and the second secondary tracks so as to open the thermal-insulation window, and move outwards from the main track to the tail ends of the first secondary tracks and the tail ends of the second secondary tracks so as to open the thermal-insulation window. By the inwards moving double-sealing energy-saving and thermal-insulation window, a sealing effect can be improved, water leakage is prevented, and a window opening mode is convenient; and moreover, the inwards moving double-sealing energy-saving and thermal-insulation window is environment-friendly and energy-saving, and is long in service life.
