The application of the invention belongs to the technical field of pest prevention measures and provides a door structure capable of killing termites. The door structure comprises a door sheet, wherein a tank body placement cavity and semi-through grooves communicated with the placement cavity are formed in the surface of the door sheet; an insecticide tank is placed in the tank body placement cavity; the semi-through grooves comprise a vertical main groove and branch grooves communicating the main groove with the side surface of the door sheet; a rigid main pipe is arranged in the main groove; flexible hoses are arranged in the branch grooves; the hoses are communicated with the main pipe; the flexible hoses are connected with a compressed gas pipe fixed on the surface of the door sheet; the compressed gas pipe is externally connected with an air compressor; the diameter of the tank opening of the insecticide tank is less than the diameter of the upper end opening of the main pipe. According to the invention, the insecticide is sprayed directly from the side surface of the door sheet, and can be uniformly sprayed into door slots, so that dead space is avoided.
