The invention discloses a portable electric power emergency repair ladder, which comprises a ladder main body, wherein the ladder main body comprises a plurality of H-shaped sub frames which are mutually hinged; a fork opening is formed in each of the two sides of the upper end of each H-shaped sub frame; one side of each fork opening is provided with a baffle plate; the lower end of each H-shaped sub frame is provided with a rotating head; the adjacent fixed H-shaped sub frames are connected with the fork openings through the rotating heads; and a fixed pin shaft is arranged in a connecting part of each rotating head and the corresponding fork opening. When the portable electric power emergency repair ladder is carried in each time, the whole ladder main body can be collected in a disc shape through the curling at the hinging parts of the H-shaped sub frames; the problem that the carrying is inconvenient since the ladder is too long is avoided; meanwhile, the electric power emergency ladder has the advantages that the height of the ladder can be properly increased or decreased according to requirements; the use is very convenient; the structure is simple; and meanwhile, the safety is high.
