Garbage is transformed into new fuel and thrown into the combustion chamber at a certain feeding speed, heat is generated after fuel is combusted, steam is generated in the boiler, the steam turbine is pushed to rotate so as to generate electricity, quite considerable energy is obtained, combusted ash can be converted into an cement additive with the higher utilization value and economic value through a reasonable process and device, and the method has very high social value.
