Provided is a button latch device of a dual door type inner door, comprising: a housing (10); a latch member (20) rotationally provided to the inside of the housing (10); a latch spring (30) having one end supported on the inner wall of the housing (10) and the other end supported on the latch member (20) so as to restore the latch member (20) to an original position thereof; a lock spring (40) having a holding part (41) and elastic parts (42); and an inner button (50) assembled into the button mounting hole (11) of the housing (10) so as to carry out horizontally sliding movement and having a press protrusion (52) to come into contact with the elastic parts (42) of the lock spring (40), wherein the locking and unlocking operations of a button and a latch are carried out using a single lock spring so as to simplify constituent elements and realize stable operations.
