The invention relates to a magnesium alloy building template as well as a preparation device and a preparation method thereof. The magnesium alloy building template comprises a template main body, wherein the template main body comprises a panel and vertical ribs which are integrally formed. The preparation device comprises an extrusion device, a traction device and at least two groups of straightening devices, wherein a magnesium alloy blank is extruded into magnesium alloy template proximate matters by the extrusion device, the magnesium alloy template proximate matters enter the straightening devices and are then connected with the traction device; the straightening devices comprise flat rolls, special-shaped rolls and special-shaped roll shafts; the special-shaped roll shafts are used for mounting the special-shaped rolls, and the flat rolls and the special-shaped rolls form straightening channels of the magnesium alloy template proximate matters. The magnesium alloy building template has the beneficial effects that by utilizing a novel process for straightening the magnesium alloy template proximate matters online by virtue of extrusion waste heat, the prepared magnesium alloy building template is simple in structure and is favorable for processing and preparation, the flatness of the template is less than or equal to 0.5mm, and the flatness of the template is less than or equal to 0.5mm/m.
