A movable building project lifting device capable of lowering noise is used for lifting large building stone (100) and comprises a rack (1), a cavity (101) formed in the rack (1), a lifting motor (2) arranged at the bottom of the cavity (101), a drive threaded sleeve (3) connected with an output shaft of the lifting motor (2), a drive threaded rod (4) arranged in the drive threaded sleeve (3) and connected with the drive threaded sleeve (3) in a threaded fit manner, a lifting base (5) arranged on the top of the drive threaded rod (4), a fixing base (6) arranged on the lifting base (5), and a lifting lever (8) arranged on the fixing base (6). The fixing base (6) is further provided with a movable hinge (7) used for fixing the lifting lever (8) and used for the lifting lever (8) to rotate.
