The invention discloses a resource utilization method of foam concrete plate residues. Waste plate residues are crushed and milled until a powder particle is smaller than 80 mum when a foam concrete plate is cut in a production process, the milled plate residues are used for preparing components of thermal mortar, the milled plate residues are used for replacing an original coal ash material in the thermal mortar for blending in mass percent, and the replacing proportion of the milled plate residues is 0 to 25wt% of the mass of the original coal ash, wherein 0 is infinitely close to 0 but is not equal to 0. According to the resource utilization method, the resource utilization of the waste plate residues is realized, and the problems of places and expenses caused by stacking, transportation and dumping of the plate residues are avoided; the coal ash material is partially replaced by the waste plate residues, so that the production cost of the thermal mortar is reduced, and obvious economic benefits are obtained.
