The invention discloses a bituminous pavement modified anti-rut agent and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the additive technical field in bituminous pavement mixtures. The anti-rut agent comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 50-75% of low-density polyethylene, 5-10% of crumb rubber powder, 5-30% of thermoplastic polyurethane, 5-20% of hydrocarbon resin, 0.5-0.8% of plasticizers and 0.5-0.8% of sulphur stabilizing agents, and a proper amount of black master batches are added in the above formed mixture. The above raw materials are mixed, the mixture is stirred in a screw extruder for 2h and then is extruded, and cutting and drawing are carried out at a temperature of 130 DEG C-150 DEG C. The anti-rutting performance of the bituminous pavement is raised greatly, the weatherability, water resistance and the like of the bituminous pavement are raised, and the service life of the bituminous pavement is prolonged effectively.
