The cement grinding aid and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the ceramic ultrafine powder and the carbon fibers are added into the cement grinding aid and can serve as abrasives good in performance, when cement is manufactured into concrete, the ceramic ultrafine powder enters pores of the carbon fibers to form a three-dimensional supporting structure, abrasion resistance, pressure resistance and impervious performance of the concrete are improved, and comprehensive performance of the concrete is improved easily.
