The invention relates to a decoration board and a packaging board manufactured by domestic garbage. The decoration board is prepared by the following specific steps of (1) treating the domestic garbage, crushing, drying, and uniformly mixing 100 to 120 parts of dried garbage powder, 150 to 160 parts of resin glue, 10 to 15 parts of kaolin, 4 to 8 parts of polypropylene fiber, and 50 to 60 parts of gypsum; putting the mixed raw material into a temperature-adjustable hot moulding press, raising the temperature to 80 to 100 DEG C, and perform mould pressing; finally, cooling and shaping. The decoration board has the advantages that the resource utilization of garbage is realized, the wastes can be changed into the valuables, the resources are saved, a good path is provided for the energy saving, emission reduction and garbage treatment, the pollution of garbage to environment is solved, and the occupation of land resources is reduced.
