Non-cement waterproof mortar
The invention relates to a non-cement waterproof mortar. Technical problems to be solved comprise providing a waterproof mortar not adopting cement and opening a new way for reusing fly ash. A technical scheme adopted in the invention is characterized in that the non-cement waterproof mortar is composed of a non-cement mortar master batch and additives; the cement-free mortar master batch comprises, by mass, 10-40% of ultrafine fly ash, 50-87% of sands, 2-8% of lime and 0-3% of gypsum; the particle size of the ultrafine fly ash is 5-10[mu]m; and the additives comprise re-dispersible latex powder, a waterproof agent, a water reducer, cellulose ether and cellulose fibers. The non-cement waterproof mortar prepared in the invention has the advantages of good waterproof effect, simple preparation, low cost, no use of cement, saving of a large amount of cement, utilization of a large amount of fly ash regarded as wastes, and substantial economic and social benefits.
