The invention provides recycled aggregate plant-growing type concrete. The concrete is prepared from, by weight, 80-90 parts of coarse recycled aggregate with the single size fraction of 10 mm-25 mm, 3.6-4 parts of water, 9-12 parts of Portland cerement, 1-1.25 parts of silicon ash, 2-2.5 parts of coal ash and 0.0006-0.00125 part of air entraining agents. The invention further provides a preparing method for the recycled aggregate plant-growing type concrete, wherein the recycled aggregate can be completely wrapped by pulp, in other words, the coarse aggregate is wrapped by the pulp good in mobility, the mobility of the mixture is facilitated, the coarse aggregate can be bonded through the pulp, and the strength of the concrete is improved.
