Self-leveling floor mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a self-leveling floor mortar and a preparation method thereof. The self-leveling floor mortar comprises the following components by weight percentage: 10-20% of cement, 6-12% of aluminous cement, 3-8% of alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum, 27-48.3% of quartz sand, 3-8% of fly ash, 0.01-0.05% of HPMC, 1-3% of latex powder, 0.015-0.05% of defoaming agents, 0.05-0.1% of coagulation accelerator, 0.01-0.35% of super-plasticizer, 0.05-0.1% of acyclic polyisocyanates, 0.05-0.1% of calcium aluminate expanding agent, 0.05-0.15% of polycarboxylic acids high efficiency water reducer powder, 0-0.3% of other additives. The self-leveling floor motar utilizes the waste coal ash; the motar has advantages of energy-saving, environment-friendly, endurable and wear resistance functions; the mortar has good fluidity and automatically and accurately levels to form a flat floor; a person can walk on the floor after 3-4 hours, and light transport can be allowable on the floor; the floor has a thickness of 2-5 mm, and hardly increase the elevation; the floor is reduced in materials and cost, has good adhesion and flatness, and hardly heaves; the mortar is harmless to human and has no radiation.
