The invention discloses a light-weight mildew-proof composite glass magnesium board. The light-weight mildew-proof composite glass magnesium board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 42 to 45 parts of light-roasting magnesium oxide, 36 to 40 parts of magnesium chloride hexahydrate, 5 to 6.5 parts of tourmaline powder, 12 to 14 parts of sawdust, 1 to 2 parts of polyurethane foaming particles, 2 to 3 parts of bamboo fibers, 3 to 4 parts of re-dispersible rubber powder, 4.5 to 5 parts of metakaolin, 2.5 to 3 parts of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 0.2 to 0.25 part of a silane coupling agent kh550, 1.5 to 2 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 5.5 to 7.5 parts of a polyvinyl alcohol solution with the concentration of 5%, 15 to 18 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 5 to 6 parts of a urotropin water solution with the concentration of 25%, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of antimonous oxide and a proper amount of pure water. By adopting light-weight fillers, the self weight of the board is reduced, and the board is waterproof, antibacterial and mildew-proof; meanwhile, a surface resin layer is used for protecting, so that the corrosion resistance and flexibility of the product are improved, and the bending strength of the product is further improved.
