Preparation technology of composite ceramic core
A preparation technology of a composite ceramic core comprises specific technological steps as follows: step one, preparing a hollow silicon dioxide based ceramic core; step two, preparing the composite ceramic core. The ceramic core adopts a composite structure, that is, the inner layer part, namely, the core part, of the ceramic core is made of an aluminum oxide based material, the outer layer part is made of a silicon dioxide based material, the high-performance composite ceramic core is prepared on the basis of good high-temperature performance of the aluminum oxide based material at the core part and the easy removal feature of the silicon dioxide based ceramic core on the outer layer, and comprehensive requirements of the efficient and air cooling polycrystal, directional and single-crystal blade casting processes for the ceramic core are met.
