Preparation method for ZnO pressure-sensitive ceramic microspheres
The invention relates to a preparation method for ZnO pressure-sensitive ceramic microspheres and belongs to the technical field of production and processing of pressure-sensitive functional ceramic materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding Bi2O3, MnO2, Sb2O3, Co2O3, SiO2 and Cr2O3 into deionized water, carrying out ball milling till uniform dispersing; adding PVA, a dispersing agent and the deionized water into ZnO till uniform dispersing; adding Ga2O3 into obtained ZnO slurry, and carrying out ball milling till uniform dispersing; adding ball-milled mixed slurry of Bi2O3, MnO2, Sb2O3, Co2O3, SiO2 and Cr2O3 into the obtained mixed ZnO slurry, carrying out ball milling, stirring till uniform dispersing, and sieving the mixed slurry well stirred by 200 meshes; granulating the obtained slurry; sintering the granulated particle and preparing the ZnO pressure-sensitive ceramic microspheres. The prepared ZnO pressure-sensitive ceramic microspheres have the advantages of spherical shape, more uniform size, good non-linear performance, low current leakage and the like.

The prepared ZnO pressure-sensitive ceramic microspheres have the advantages of spherical shape, more uniform size, good non-linear performance, low current leakage and the like.
