The invention discloses a building template making material and a manufacturing method of a building template with a stiffener. The making material is composed of polyvinyl chloride, a papermaking sludge filler, a heat stabilizer, chlorinated polyethylene, a PVC processing agent ZB-401, epoxidized soybean oil, a PVC processing agent ACR and an AC foaming agent. The manufacturing method of the building template with the stiffener comprises the following steps: weighing the making material and pouring the making material into a charging basket; respectively carrying out hot velocity mixing and cooling stirring; arranging a bearing support, a diversion trench and a patchhole on the inner wall of an extrusion die of an extruder, starting the extruder, pouring raw materials into a hopper of the extruder, inserting a PET stiffener through the patchhole to be tightly combined with a melt in the extrusion die through the diversion trench when the melt is extruded from the extrusion die and then entering a water-cooling and setting mold, setting the melt in the mold and cooling so as to obtain the building template with the stiffener. According to the making material and the method, rigidity of the building template is raised. By combining rigidity and plasticity, the building template has high strength, light weight and high impact strength and can be recycled.
