A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Reinforced-concrete-structure sleeper
The invention discloses a reinforced-concrete-structure sleeper. The reinforced-concrete-structure sleeper can comprise a sleeper body, a plurality of prestressed reinforcing steel bars, a plurality of hoops, a plurality of first reinforcing bars, at least three second reinforcing bars, two first steel frames, a second steel frame, a plurality of insulating sleeves and two sensor installation assemblies. The first steel frames are embedded in the positions, corresponding to railway steel rails, of the upper surface of the sleeper body respectively. The second steel frame is embedded in the lower surface of the sleeper body in the length direction of the sleeper body. The insulating sleeves are embedded in the sleeper body in the manner that the insulating sleeves correspond to the positions of the two first steel frames. Through holes corresponding to the insulating sleeves are formed in the first steel frames. The two sensor installation assemblies are arranged on the two first steel frames respectively. The two sensor installation assemblies are fixed to the two first steel frames respectively through threaded connection cooperation of bolts, nuts and the insulating sleeves. The reinforced-concrete-structure sleeper solves the problem that steel-structure sleepers are prone to corrosion, and can meet the technical requirements for rail track mechanical maintenance.
