Multifunctional railway turnout integral transverse-and-longitudinal movement device and movement method thereof
The invention relates to a multifunctional railway turnout integral transverse-and-longitudinal movement device. The structure of the multifunctional railway turnout integral transverse-and-longitudinal movement device is characterized in that at least five pairs of multifunctional pulleys are arranged between the railway turnouts in transverse movement of the railway turnout and below the railway turnout in longitudinal movement; parallel end surfaces at two sides of the pulley body of each multifunctional pulley are force bearing plates; the force bearing plates are connected with two long rollers which are exposed from the bottom edge of the pulley body; the rotating shaft of each long roller is connected with a power driving device; the force bearing plates at two sides of the pulley body are respectively provided with a longitudinal slideway; the axis of each longitudinal slideway is perpendicular with the axis of the long roller; each longitudinal slideway is provided with a transverse roller which slides along the longitudinal slideway and performs self rolling; and each transverse roller is partially exposed from the upper edge of the pulley body. The multifunctional railway turnout integral transverse-and-longitudinal movement device can finish transverse movement and longitudinal movement of the railway turnout and furthermore can safely passes through obstacles of railway turnout, curve and short column signal machine, fouling post, etc. The multifunctional railway turnout integral transverse-and-longitudinal movement device is designed in a modular assemblable manner and radically settles a difficulty in transverse movement and longitudinal movement of an existing railway turnout, thereby preventing a time delay problem in construction.
