The invention discloses an underground pipeline anti-leakage facility. The underground pipeline anti-leakage facility is mainly composed of an anti-leakage pipeline, a leakage well and an inspection well. The anti-leakage pipeline is mainly composed of a waste oil or sewage pipeline and an anti-leakage layer. The anti-leakage layer is mainly composed of a sandbag covering layer, a high-density polyethylene film and a film outer protecting layer. The sandbag covering layer is formed by winding band-shaped sandbags on the outer wall of the waste oil or sewage pipeline. The sandbag covering layer is coated with the high-density polyethylene film. The high-density polyethylene film is coated with the film outer protecting layer. The anti-leakage pipeline penetrates through the well walls of the leakage well and the inspection well and is connected with the well walls in a sealed mode. The waste oil or sewage pipeline of the anti-leakage pipeline in the leakage well is continuous. The anti-leakage layer is disconnected. The anti-leakage pipeline in the inspection well is disconnected. According to the underground pipeline anti-leakage facility, purposes of leakage proofing and contaminant collecting can be achieved effectively, the project cost is reduced, and the site operation efficiency is improved.
