Prefabricated foamed aluminum composite damping energy dissipation wall device
The invention discloses a prefabricated foamed aluminum composite damping energy dissipation wall device. The damping and energy dissipating wall device comprises a foamed aluminum composite wall panel (1), pure aluminum sections (2), a connecting plate (3), steel plate walls (4), and opposite-pull bolts (9). The pure aluminum sections (2) are respectively on the upper and lower ends of the foamed aluminum composite wall panel (1), the upper part of each pure aluminum section (2) is provided with a bolt hole (5) used for being connected with the connecting plate (3), and the side face of each pure aluminum section (2) is provided with a long circular hole (7) used for being connected with the steel plate walls (4). The steel plate walls (4) are arranged at the front and rear sides of the foamed aluminum composite wall panel (1), and the opposite-pull bolts (9) connect the foamed aluminum composite wall panel (1) and the steel plate walls (4) at the two sides into the energy dissipation wall device. The device of the invention is completely prefabricated, has a simple structure, is convenient to construct, has good hysteretic energy dissipation capacity, and effectively improves the seismic performance of structures.
