The invention discloses a wood veneer installation mechanism comprising a left fixed part and a right fixed part. A short column is fixed to the center of the left fixed part, and the short column is equipped with a left magnet. Two horizontal bar holes are respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the left fixed part, and the two horizontal bar holes are symmetric about the axis of the short column. A short cylinder is fixed to the center of the right fixed part, the short cylinder is internally equipped with a right magnet with magnetic property opposite to that of the left magnet, and the short column can be clamped into the short cylinder. Two vertical bar holes are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the right fixed part, and the two vertical bar holes are symmetric about the axis of the short cylinder. By adopting the scheme, the error between a left fixed plate and a right fixed plate can be adjusted according to the actual situation during installation so as to enable a wood veneer to be well fixed to the wall, and installation is convenient.
