Simulated wood floor
The invention provides a simulated wood floor, which comprises a base layer, a coloring layer arranged at the surface of the base layer, a color layer arranged at the surface of the coloring layer and a texture layer arranged at the surface of the color layer, wherein the base layer and the coloring layer are prepared independently by solid materials, liquid materials and additives; the solid materials comprise mineral powder and sand; the liquid materials comprise an alkali metal hydroxide, water glass and water; the texture layer is prepared by a high polymer material, an inorganic powder material and a coupling agent, and the high polymer material is formed by solidification of polyurethane and a solidification agent. The simulated wood floor provided by the invention has a unique structure design, and various materials in each layer are interacted, so that the simulated wood floor is enabled to have good abrasive resistance and excellent wood texture. In addition, the simulated wood floor is good in fire retardancy and free of formaldehyde release.
