A shear wall formwork reinforcing construction method
The invention provides a shear wall formwork reinforcing construction method involving material selection standards, a construction process, an installation process and a demolition method. The material selection standards are characterized in that a 15mm thick bamboo plywood is used as a formwork and the edges of the formwork are wrapped in galvanized iron sheets; 50*50*3.5 square steel is used for vertical reinforcement, and square steel can be used for horizontal reinforcement; square limber is used for the bottom and sponge strips are nailed on the square limber. The construction process comprises the steps of firstly installing the square limber with the nailed sponge strips; secondly installing, locating and reinforcing a skeleton; thirdly checking the skeleton installation; fourthly performing formwork installation; fifthly performing concrete pouring forming; sixthly detaching the skeleton and the formwork. The method is simple to implement, and the operations can be completed by only one person, so that manpower is saved; remote operations are achieved, so that the safety risks are reduced; the method has the advantages of high measuring speed, accurate data, labor and time conservation, high efficiency and simple operations, and do not need measuring rope reexamination.
