The invention provides a roof panel and external wall panel connecting method. The method relates to a roof panel, an external wall panel, modified PA bolt sleeves and bolts. The bolts are arranged in external wall panel installing holes. The modified PA bolt sleeves are pre-buried in the roof panel at the positions corresponding to the external wall panel installing holes. The roof panel and the external wall panel are connected by screwing the bolts in the modified PA bolt sleeves; concrete is poured at the joint of the roof panel and the external wall panel; after the concrete solidifies, the connection of the roof panel and the external wall panel is completed. The method is simple in process, facilitates installation, and effectively solves the problem in connection of wall panels on the premise that the quality of the concrete wall panels is not influenced.
