The invention discloses a pump truck bearing structure and a concrete pump truck. The pump truck bearing structure comprises an auxiliary frame (2) installed on a chassis (1) of a vehicle, wherein the auxiliary frame (2) comprises a first auxiliary frame (21) and a second auxiliary frame (22), a pumping system (3) and a chassis supporting leg system (5) are respectively installed on the first auxiliary frame (21) and the second auxiliary frame (22), and the first auxiliary frame (21) and the second auxiliary frame (22) are connected by a first flexible connecting part (23). By the technical scheme, the flexible connecting part is disposed on a vibration energy transmission route between the pumping system and the chassis supporting leg system, namely that two parts of the auxiliary frame are connected by the flexible connecting part, so that vibration energy can be attracted by the flexible connecting part, the vibration energy transmitted to the chassis supporting leg system can be reduced, vibration intensity of an arm frame system borne by the chassis supporting leg system is reduced, and operational safety is increased.
