A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses an alloy frame historic building wooden beam which comprises the components of a wooden beam, an alloy beam, mounting holes, fixing teeth, flanges and fixing screws. Uniformly distributed mounting holes are arranged on the surface of the wooden beam. Each mounting hole is a circular recessed trough of which the thickness does not exceed one quarter of the radius of the wooden beam. The shape of the alloy beam is adapted with the shape of the wooden beam, and furthermore the alloy beam is provided with the fixing teeth and the flanges. The size of each fixing tooth is adapted with the mounting hole, and furthermore the fixing teeth are uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the alloy beam. The flanges are arranged on the side surfaces of the alloy beam. The fixing screws are fixed on a pair of flanges. Through the manner of the invention, the alloy frame historic building wooden beam provided by the invention has advantages of judiciously combining a traditional wooden beam with the alloy frame, reinforcing reliability of the traditional wooden beam by means of modern technology and realizing higher bearing capability of a historic building.
