The invention provides a three-dimensional parking device, which comprises a solar power supply device, a vertical column, a rotating frame, a rotating device, automobile trays, a lifting device and a fixed base, wherein the solar power supply device is arranged above the vertical column, fixedly connected with the upper part of the vertical column and used for providing electric energy; the lower part of the vertical column is fixedly connected with the fixed base; the rotating frame is installed on the vertical column in a sleeved manner and capable of rotating on the vertical column; the rotating device is used for driving the rotating frame to rotate; the automobile trays are connected with the rotating frame and used for parking automobiles; and the lifting device is used for driving the automobile trays to move up and down.
