The invention relates to a wall-mounted swing elevating stereo parking garage, formed by a wall-mounted mobile engine base, a vehicle elevating platform, swing rod pieces, a vehicle conveyor, a swing elevating power device, a horizontal moving power device, rolling wheels, horizontal guide rails, and a parking fame. The wall-mounted mobile engine base and the horizontal guide rails are installed on the access side surface of the parking frame. The vehicle conveyor is installed on the vehicle elevating platform. The swing elevating power device, the horizontal moving power device, and the rolling wheels are installed on the wall-mounted mobile engine base. Two ends of the swing rod piece are respectively hinged with the wall-mounted mobile engine base and the vehicle elevating platform. Driven by the swing elevating power device and the horizontal moving power device, the vehicle elevating platform do swing elevating motion and horizontal to-and-fro movement, so as to realize stereo storing and taking vehicles. The stereo parking garage is characterized by low shaking, accurate and convenient access, simple structure, small space occupation, reliable operation, and low cost.
