The invention provides a protection type screen window device comprising a plurality of strands of drainage threads (1), water tanks (2), water pumps (3), filter screen pressure difference systems (4), a pressurizing device (5) and a window frame (6). The window frame (6) is provided with the water tanks (2) on the upper, lower, left and right sides, with water flowing in from top to bottom and from right to left. The water pumps (3) are installed in the water tanks (2). The outlets of the water pumps (3) are provided with the filter screen pressure difference systems (4) used for detecting whether a filter screen is blocked.
