Self-dredging type drilling device
The invention relates to a self-dredging type drilling device. The self-dredging type drilling device comprises a drill, a screwed blade drill pipe and a hollow drill pipe; the drill includes a No.1 hollow drill pipe and a sawtooth bit connected with the No.1 hollow drill pipe; the No.1 hollow drill pipe is provided with a water outlet communicated with the inner wall of the No. 1 hollow drill pipe; the outer surface of the sawtooth bit is provided with saw teeth; the screwed blade drill pipe is composed of a No. 2 hollow drill pipe and a screwed blade which is welded to the outer wall of the No. 2 hollow drill pipe along the axial direction of the No. 2 hollow drill pipe; the hollow drill pipe is a No. 3 hollow drill pipe; and the inner walls of the No.1 hollow drill pipe, the No. 2 hollow drill pipe and the No. 3 hollow drill pipe form communicated pressure water channels. Thus, when drilling a hole with the drill, the sawtooth bit can fully chip soil, and therefore, the formation of siltage in a borehole can be decreased; the outer diameter of the screwed blade is slightly smaller than the diameter of the borehole, and therefore, when the drilling device is drawn back, the screwed blade can wholly squeeze out siltage precipitated at the bottom or lower layer of the borehole from the borehole, and therefore, a self-dredging function can be realized, and the construction quality of hole drilling can be ensured, and uplift bearing capacity of soil nails or anchors can be improved.
