The invention discloses a solar canopy, and the canopy comprises a transparent canopy body. The upper part of the canopy body is provided with a focusing part, and the focus of the focusing part is located below the canopy body. The focus and the surroundings thereof are high-temperature regions, and the high-temperature regions are provided with thermoelectric generation sheets. The canopy body is provided with the focusing part and sunlight from the top is focused at the focus of the focusing part, thereby enabling the temperature of the high-temperature regions to be very high. The high-temperature regions are provided with the thermoelectric generation sheets which can generate electric energy. The canopy is used for shading sunlight.
