The invention relates to a wall-embedded bookcase with a decorative painting. The bookcase comprises a bookcase body, a bookcase door and a decorative frame, wherein the bookcase body is mounted inside a wall, the bookcase door comprises a base plate and the decorative frame, a withdrawable structure is adopted between the base plate and the decorative frame, and the decorative painting in the bookcase door can be replaced conveniently; the upper edge and the lower edge of the base plate of the bookcase door are connected to the bookcase body through slide rails. By the structure, the wall-embedded bookcase has the advantages that the bookcase body is embedded into the wall to increase indoor space, and the bookcase can be well hidden on the wall by the replaceable painting on the bookcase door; the bookcase is quite convenient to use and especially suitable for being mounted in a small study or living room and the like.
