The device is characterized in that the glass (1) is in a form of a block and rectangular, wherein a rectangular hole (4) which lengthways passes through the left end surface and the right end surface is formed in the middle of the glass (1); convex small semicircular points (2) are arranged on the side edge of the glass (1); a rotating button (3) is in a shape of a circular cake, and a screw thread on the rotating button (3) is fastened to the screw thread in a circular hole in the glass (1); a convex line-shaped edge handle is arranged on the rotating button (3).
