The invention discloses a mix proportion design method for improving the bending tensile strength of road-used cement concrete. According to the method, a conventional theory and method in which pressure-resisting concrete is continuously used are changed, a solid state inflowing theory and the design method for matching glue sand with gaps are presented according to the construction characteristics and the requirements for bending tensile strength indexes of the road-used concrete, the workable glue sand is significantly reduced, the conventional liquid state features of the concrete are changed into the solid state features, a 'buoyancy effect' is overcome, the strength of interface transition areas is enhanced, the bounding stress of stones and the glue sand is increased, more stones participate in strength contribution, and therefore the bending tensile strength is improved; the construction workability is met through flowing of the glue sand in the gaps of a coarse aggregate framework. According to the mix proportion design method, the advantages that the strength is high, cement is saved, construction is convenient, additives are saved are achieved, the durability of a cement concrete pavement can be significantly improved, and the higher economic benefit and social benefit are achieved.
