The polyurethane-polyacrylate cement water-proof coating is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of waterborne polyurethane dispersoids, 40-50 parts of a waterborne polypropylene ester emulsion, 80-100 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of an inert filler, 80-100 parts of deionized water, 1-2 parts of a foam killer and 0.8-1 part of a polymer curing agent. The prepared polyurethane-polyacrylate cement water-proof coating has the advantages of being high in elongation at break and tensile strength, excellent in water resistance and the like.
