The invention belongs to the technical field of mine excavating-filling, and particularly relates to a mine all-tailings paste cemented filling material. The mine all-tailings paste cemented filling material consists of the following three solid components in weight percent: 10-12 percent of portland cement, 89-90 percent of all tailings and 1-2 percent of a compound exciting agent, of which the total amount is one hundred percent. The mine all-tailings paste cemented filling material has the water content of 20-30 percent. According to the mine all-tailings paste cemented filling material, the compound exciting agent is a gypsum and lime mixture, and the dual effects of alkali activation and sulfate activation are generated to activate the potential activity of the tailings and improve the strength of a filling body, so that the doping amount of cement is reduced.
