Environment-friendly light reflecting waterproof and fireproof colored coating for tunnels and preparation method
The invention provides an environment-friendly light reflecting waterproof and fireproof colored coating for tunnels, relating to an improvement of tunnel road coatings. The coating is characterized in that a base coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of base material, 10-20 parts of water, 10-20 parts of binder and 10-20 parts of fireproofing agent; a surface coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of base material, 10-20 parts of water, 10-20 parts of binder, 10-20 parts of fire-proofing agent, 1-3 parts of glass beads and 0.5-1.5 parts of pigment. The coating has the beneficial effects that (1) the coating has high fireproofing efficiency and can be endowed with good self-extinguishing property or flame retardance and smoke suppressing property; (2) the coating has higher strength and good waterproof effects and has the effect of reducing the impact on the fireproof effects due to water seepage of the tunnels; (3) the coating has appropriate decomposition temperature, that is, the coating can be rapidly decomposed to give play to the fireproof and flame retardant effects when being decomposed by heating; (4) the coating is nontoxic and pollution-free and does not generate toxic gases in the flame-proofing process; (5) the coating is colored and has the function of reflecting light, thus being beneficial to improving the luminance of vehicles, improving the driving views of drivers and reducing traffic accidents in the tunnels; (6) the coating has good durability and can be retained in the surfaces of tunnel linings for a long term to give play to the fireproof effects; and (7) the coating is wide in source and low in price.
